- lead2thehead, on 11/05/2008, -0/+5The only beers that aren't good for you are the cheap American beers because they're made with rice instead of barley. In Europe, it's actually illegal to make them that way.

- o0joshua0o, on 11/05/2008, -0/+4Wine gives me a headache. Liquor gives me a stomachache. But beer always sits well with me, and gets me drunk at a slow pace so it's easy to control my consumption.
BTW - I'm a huge fan of Guinness and Shiner Bock Dark. - derekmas10, on 11/05/2008, -0/+4Or even better:

- dartmanx, on 11/05/2008, -0/+2Modifying beer this way is abnormal! It's something like this that will trigger the zombie apocalypse upon us all!
- tfaulk26, on 11/05/2008, -0/+2It's so sad that R & D money is wasted on such things. Beer brewing technology has been developed centuries ago - it is what it is, and is intended for pleasure when in moderate consumption, not to prevent one from aging.. Any concerns with aging should be addressed differently.
