A Look At All Microsoft Vanishing Point Puzzle Clues Sent To Bloggers

gearlive.com — Here is a look at all the clues that "Loki" sent to bloggers with their Vista review units for the Vanishing Point puzzle contest. It looks like they are putting quite a bit of their marketing budget behind a very “outside the box” way of spreading the buzz - and we aren’t talking about full-page spreads in PC Magazine.

  • headley, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0In the last hour I've received the same letter from Loki (who Wikipedia describes as the mythical being of mischief in Norse mythology), along with a USB key containing a short (vauge) text file, a video (filled with clues?) where Loki appears to be an asian woman, and a jpg simliar to yours but with differnt keys highlighted and the instruction "To decrypt, shift one key left on a standard keyboard". I think each of us have been sent a different cipher.
