- rasterbator, on 10/12/2007, -8/+70Lucky guy. Interestingly, I continued reading the next article and cracked up when I read this:
As far as the economic implications of Internet pornography, it was recently published that 1 out of every 100 web pages contains porn (from Forbes).
Porn from Forbes?
;) - dburka, on 10/12/2007, -1/+56Want a hoody like that? Right here dude: http://www.jinx.com/scripts/details.asp?productID=875

- NewChar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31What I've learned from this article:
-Digg is based in California.
-Digg has cold drinks
-Kevin is nice - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -7/+26wow look at their diggnation studio. i always imagined them sitting on a couch with a camera on the tv or coffee table.
- eddieo, on 10/12/2007, -3/+22I wouldn't call it a Day at Digg, more like a guided tour.
- digger_twit, on 10/12/2007, -5/+19@Daniel Burka, the digg designer
Awesome work, awesome work... - gkwait, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Buried...........Lame.
- AhrenBa, on 10/12/2007, -4/+12Wow, I wish that I could go to a place called "dig", too. Is that a hole in the ground?
Lol, I am halfways kidding, but at least spell the company right. ;) No hard feelings. - Crass22, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8wow only 1 out of 100? I remember way back in the day hearing a statistic that 85% of the imagery on the internet was porn. Im guessing that ratio is balancing out due to recent burst of net users in the past few years (drawn to the net by buzzwords such as blog)
- littlebylittle, on 10/12/2007, -5/+12I want a Hoody like that.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+11That was a really ***** lame blog. I could have made every single word of that up and had it be just as informative or revealing as that blog was.
- mrkmrk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Apparently not, since we're the ones who are digging it up to the front page.
- appleswitch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5It makes sense to get all your digg news from digg, considering it has the highest percentage of digg-users compared to other sites, along with the most digg-knowledgeable people, I think digg is the one thing digg can completely agree on.
- dingmah, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5No, what are you doing here then. Now go Digg some stories about Digg!
j/k =) - Agret, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Who the hell submitted this? Why is it linking to the links anchor?
Proper link:

- OddTSi, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4After I finished reading the article I kept looking for the link to the next page, sadly there isn't one and I can't get the last minute or two of my life back. That was the most useless "a day inside..." article I've ever read. It read like an introduction to such an article rather than the article itself. At no point in time did he go into any detail whatsoever and even the pictures that he provided are almost completely useless.
- tostinni, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I'd really love to see some more "Behind the scene" stuff, this hardly satisfy my envy :)
- FBMGriever, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I actually purchased a Digg hoodie myself. I got the black one. I get some head turns everynow and then so its a pretty cool way to find out who else reads Digg.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6That digg hoodie is awesome

- nuedge, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Where is the content in the blog? Day at Digg? I think you were sleeping.

- tokyoacid, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Damnit, no one told me about this contest. They should've said something on diggnation. Was it really big?
- bsuto, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I posted a comment below, but just to reiterate it close to the top of the page: I was the "lucky guy" who visited digg and wrote this blog entry, and I appreciate everyone digging it up (or not). I am really grateful to have had this experience.
- digger_twit, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3The submitter of this story is the digg ambassador.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"Porn from Forbes?"
Mostly the secretary stuff, which I can take or leave, depending on the day. - bsuto, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Hi everyone. I'm the "lucky guy" who got to visit digg and write this blog. I appreciate everything good and bad you have to say about this little post--know that I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so I couldn't publish any of the good stuff. They're all super nice people and they run a pretty sweet operation. As for the previous posts in my blog (if you care), they're all linked in the sidebar of the post this is linked to.
Digg on! - Universal, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2digg's HQ is located here: http://wikimapia.org/1455799/
- brotherfranciz, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5I, for one, welcome our new Digg overlords...
No, seriously though, I just got into the Diggnation podcasts and I'm lovin' it. - sirdaz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2go test your kettle
- killerofkiller, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It's not like it's a story about digg put out by digg as a company...

I didn't know the PS3 was around back then. I thought it was a PC-only game?
Ritual just got bought by Mumbo Jumbo, btw. It's all over for them:

*****. - frozendice, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5I just plain don't see the allure, I read the whole article and it seemed like his day was pretty boring, except meeting them during the taping. Digg isn't a 10 man show here, they aren't in it for open source, they aren't in it to go against Microsoft, and all that other stuff. Digg is just another company that found a good business model. This fanboydom has no merit. I've seen diggnation once or twice but it just seemed like they glossed over a lot of the details and the arguing was a minus not a plus. And yes of course they are cued to argue you think all of what you see is real? It's an act, an image they portray and practice. Digg doesn't like people diging digg. So digg me down, i'm ready.
- actorboy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Whatter you? Some kinda chick?
- sherlockian, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1more than anything we learned why NewChar didn't win the competition, and why they probally won't be winning any soon.
Cool right up though! It's cool to see Digg rocking some socks.... - rasterbator, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2Heywood Jablome? I don't know but I'll sing it if you hum a few bars.
