AVG virus scanner removes critical Windows file
securityandthe.net — An update for the popular AVG virus scanner released yesterday contained a minor error: it incorrectly detected a Trojan Horse in user32.dll, a critical Windows component. Since AVG has about 80 million users around the world, their forums are filled with complaints.
