We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative. - vanillazen57, on 02/18/2008, -0/+8I dunno about all the sites.. but Meebo is actually really helpful for when I am in classes on campus because I can't download AIM or Pidgin.. so its like having IM's in a "desktop" setting all wrapped into a web page that I can easily hide if need be. Plus.. AIM Express is crap.

Shouts are for sending *check this out, digg it please* messages, which users can control. A comment digg shouldn't be seen as saying the person is good/bad (in the majority of cases). Digg up for using the system properly and maturely. Digg down for not. And if you get dugg down, don't get all offended.. just try to understand why so it hopefully doesn't become commonplace. It's a learning experience, that's all.

They power the product review collection on bazillions of retailers and aggregate them on their site. But then you'd know that if you had RTFA.

I didn't know javascript then and bombed most of the hard CS questions (you try answering abstract data type questions over the phone!), but it's good to know they've got product out now.
