    It strips webpages down to just text and, if you choose, tiny-fied images. It's meant for browsing on cellphones but works great as a quasi-proxy and time waster at work.

    Before moving into network security I was a help desk manager for close to five years and I can tell you that the most frequent abusers of corporate assets are developers. I've seen it all from spyware and virus infested machines to gigabytes of illegally downloaded movies stored on a company owned laptop all thanks to the development staff. So yes I say no one gets admin rights. There's just no need for it on a work computer.
