  • mgmirkin, on 05/18/2008, -0/+1Is the Standard Model of stellar evolution kaput? This pairing appears to have completely taken astronomers by surprise. It wasn't predicted by the standard model and, to the contrary, appears to have been excluded by it. But the raw data is there anyway. What's up with that?
