- migurski, on 10/12/2007, -6/+63Stoner astronaut.
- jackelsmack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+50This raises one question: who'll be the first to add Mentos to a space-bubble of diet coke and reap the magnificent foam-sphere it grows?
- KingMoses, on 10/12/2007, -1/+48When we all migrate to zero-g environments, we can save money by using plain water instead of lava lamps.
- McGrude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+38Wait for the Alcaseltzer at the end. Good stuff.
- t4k3n, on 10/12/2007, -1/+36Carefull they're ruffled!
- Klowner, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28..I'm waiting for the dude to giggle and say it looks like a boob
- GeneralFailure, on 10/12/2007, -0/+27Damn it! Who put a question mark on the teleprompter?
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -2/+27haha..."bubble war"
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+28I'm pretty sure that the guy talking is either on acid, or smart as hell. I'm not smart enough to figure out which.
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23no.. no one had to do it. you chose to and I hate you for it.
- MackPrime, on 10/12/2007, -2/+21i see what you did there.
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19It would engulf the entire space station..
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18The only way to win a "Bubble War" is to not have one in the first place. Wouldn't you rather play a nice game of Chess?
- drenader, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17Ahh I knew they would all go into an anular space.
- Pelapp, on 10/12/2007, -4/+20LOL, This guy is smarter than all of you and you don't really get what he's saying so all you can come up with is "uhhh, his voice is kind of annyoing!"
- superbonbon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+17he sounds like every science teacher I ever had. you know the type that's really excited to share his knowledge and thinks you'll be as enthusiastic about it as he is. Cool video though.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+15Stop slapping your belly. It's not healthy.
- troon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13But.... will it blend?
- xVern, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14I want to see a free floating sphere of diet coke, and a mento.
- anachronaut, on 10/12/2007, -5/+16Errr.... why is mrASSMAN getting dugg down for that comment? It's entirely true, and here are just a few of the more well-known names which you can research for verification:
Richard Feynman (Nobel Prize winner)
John C. Lilly (numerous accomplishments)
Francis Crick (of Watson and Crick fame, discovered DNA molecular structure)
Kary Mullis (Nobel Prize winner) - Nesh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11The only winning move is not to play.
- bennybertow, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Maybe they rather will use the recoil of that mentos/coke combination to accelerate...
- Spo8, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11Yeah, I noticed that. I actually thought it was Microsoft Sam for the first few seconds.
- PuyoDead, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Know what I would like? For that bubble in a sphere of water to be frozen, and displayed here. Then again, how would the expansion of ice work on that? And what about the small bubbles that form in ice, making it look cloudy, how would that work?
Geez, I think I just shorted my brain out. - anachronaut, on 10/12/2007, -3/+12And now I'm getting dugg down for pointing this out and providing verifiable examples. Has the D.A.R.E. propaganda really been *that* effective? Wow... that's so incredibly sad and frightening.
I've neither advocated drugs nor drug use, merely pointed out unequivocal facts. And you're apparently digging me down for that.
That line from A Few Good Men, "You can't handle the truth", has rarely rung more true. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Isn't that how the universe was created?
- reticulate, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6As opposed to Geometry Wars: The Movie?
- Absinthminded64, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Somewhere there's a warehouse filled with broken "OOPS, wouldn't blend" blenders.
- dpk87, on 10/12/2007, -4/+9Must his voice go up at the end of every sentence...
- anagoge, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7I also have nice surface waves and body waves.
- dcarpenter85, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Awesome video.
- princessangry, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4this video was awesome! GO SCIENCE!!!!!!!!!
- toxicredm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Funny, I was expecting a LARGE, FREE sphere of water. That was more like a small, contained sphere of water.
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -14/+17He could be both.. some of the smartest scientists take acid to expand their minds..
- t4k3n, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3i know i'll get dug down!
but man that made my night!
i spent a good 2 hours at work watching those " will it blend " things! - CubiX, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3no, the BBC guy!
- cualcrees, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2kinda sounds like Alison Hannigan in american pie...
"...and one time in band camp..." - Joe091, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That was badass.
- rspeed, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6You should tell Congress. Maybe NASA will get a budget increase! :3
- jellygraph, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1awesome, thanks for sharing that, i love these kinds of videos
- NSMike, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Geometry Wars the coloring book!
Geometry Wars the lunch box!
Geometry Wars the flame thrower! The kids love this one. - nauzilus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That was pretty neat, hell just seeing water floating like that in zero g was cool.
What I would love to see though, is fire in zero g... although apparantly tests on MIR buning a candle showed the flame was too weak and cool to be visible enough to record on camera. Thanks a lot google, had to spoil my dreams :( - apothekari, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Someone should animate Woody Allen floating around in his cryo-suit from "Sleeper"inside one of the spheres 'ala "Z" in "ANTZ".
- underdog138, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2http://www.knitemare.org/cats/270916539_5a9c0691ef.jpg
- smittyfree, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I third wishing to see mentos + diet coke in Zero-G. I dare say it would be the coolest thing anyone would ever see. Ever.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The systematic approach to playing with your own recycled urine.
- jwade1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I was kind of hoping to see a blue or green character encapsulating ghosts and wizards in these bubbles and then turing them into fruit....I miss you BubbleBobble
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That was really Cool
- takehiro12, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1So cool.
