  • jojopumpkin, on 09/07/2008, -0/+2Those poor people. They have to evacuate again. My guess is those that can return now will or have but a great deal of them couldn't afford to do it again. They've gone a week without work/pay and probably use what little savings they had (if any) to evacuate for Gustav. There will be lees people evacuating for this storm which could create a seriously dire situation.
