- GiggleStick, on 06/16/2008, -0/+3Fix itself? See without correction?
- Indrius, on 06/16/2008, -0/+2Yes, "rly". People talk about such stuff as if it's happening right now, intuitively not realizing the truth. Although 3000 years in the lifetime of a star is next to nothing.
- Indrius, on 06/16/2008, -0/+2"Three thousand light-years away, the Cat's Eye Nebula, a dying star throws...". This means what we see happened 3000 years ago.
- GiggleStick, on 06/16/2008, -0/+2Maybe he's just complaining that this is old news.

- stephenhacking, on 06/16/2008, -0/+1If you see closely You will notice that the "rings" are decepating
- cutright, on 06/16/2008, -0/+1Does something that can't be known to happen, actually happen? You're intuition is right, but even Ph. D.'s in the field don't worry about such pointless details as simply stating it's astronomical distance already implied it happened in the past. Besides always talking about astrophysics in the past-tense makes it seem dull...
- inactive, on 06/16/2008, -0/+1cat's eye? more like red rose.
- craighoxton, on 06/16/2008, -1/+2"This is what it sounds like, when stars die..."
