They turn on night vision and you can clearly see the water and clouds (which would explain the absence of stars). This is actually one of the most compelling videos I have seen. The way the two sets of lights maneuver in the sky so rapidly and quickly rules out any thing but some sort of flying object. The one that comes later in the video seems to be hovering/sliding back and forth with great ease.

That proved that the lights were in the air. At one point I also thought that they were near an airport and these were simply planes coming into the landing glidepath, but that apparently isn't the case after watching the rest of the video.

Not quite sure what it is though, I live within a mile from the Cleveland NASA Center and Cleveland Airport, and while NASA does put some pretty strange stuff up into the air sometimes, huge ass planes, and stuff but nothing like that. It also doesn't appear to be cars because cars cannot fly over lake Erie. If I traveled to another world and wanted to blend in and I noticed that everthing else flying in the night sky had lights, I would put lights on my vehicle. One hundred years ago people believed it to be impossible to travel to Europe from America in less than a day. One hundred years from now?

I love the fact the hundreds of millions of people think there is an invisible man in the sky, that when you die, if your good and pay homage to him, you get to go to his place, heaven. But the idea that we are not alone in a universe with hundreds of billions of galaxies not unlike our own is rubbish and anyone that thinks or sees otherwise is ridiculed. This video may very well be nothing more than a couple planes. But it's nothing but fear and stupidity that drives the ridicule of those who say they don't believe.
To all the non believers I say, wake up, think for yourselves and don't be afraid of different things. -
