- GadgetDoc, on 04/26/2008, -1/+3Nice images but this is not a video of two galaxies colliding - that would take millions of years! This is a series of images of lots of different galaxies in the process of colliding
- GokuSoul, on 04/26/2008, -0/+1Now this is what it's like WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE!

- mickstephenson, on 04/26/2008, -1/+2No, they are real pictures. You have obviously never seen the hubble deep probe, or been to galaxy zoo http://www.galaxyzoo.org/Tutorial.aspx
- ketchup176, on 04/26/2008, -0/+1Amazing pictures, but did the really have to be in a video? Still images would have been much better
- gllopc, on 04/26/2008, -0/+1On the Astronomy Cast podcast, it was noted that there is so much space between every planet, star and other objects in colliding galaxies, that the real effect is caused by the gravity of each galaxy on the other. I could be wrong, but I got the impression that two galaxies colliding isn't necessarily a world ending scenario for the inhabitants of planets within them.
- Iceman4, on 04/26/2008, -0/+1and this is what it's like whEN WORLDS COLLIDE!!!!!!!
