- AresDiggs, on 06/09/2008, -2/+22The universe never misses an opportunity to make me say wow...
- kgorczyn, on 06/09/2008, -0/+15This APOD made me want to google Voyager (no, not the Star Trek Ship.) Its incredible that both the Voyagers are still beaming data back to earth, BILLIONS of miles away, decades old. They are still collecting data in the heliosheath. Their programs are still active and run by JPL. Awesomely Sickening.
- inajeep, on 06/09/2008, -2/+6These are much more interesting and better than the political ones.
- Kronos6948, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3The only ones on this planet, at least.
- DooM, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3Don't ask questions. Digg has vays of dealing vith those who ask too many questions. :)
- pixelmeow, on 06/09/2008, -1/+3Breathtaking. It is now my latest desktop background. APOD is my favorite place for backgrounds.
- EatingPie, on 06/09/2008, -6/+8I think Saturn and Jupiter are beautiful works of art. Ever since Voyager returned her detailed images of these planets, I've been absolutely enthralled with them.
The opportunity for beauty in our Solar System alone seems as vast as the Universe itself.
-Pie - Anomaly100, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2Absolutely stunning.
- marially, on 06/09/2008, -3/+4I agree. Magnificent!
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -1/+2What an amazing planet.
- peaceninja, on 06/09/2008, -1/+2for some reason based on the description i was expecting to see what the rings looked like from saturn. so these are what the rings look like when you are at a slight angle 'under' saturn instead of at a slight angle 'above' saturn?
- AresDiggs, on 06/09/2008, -0/+1WTF are you talking about? link to these comments you see... and besides your link brings up a Trojan warning... sooo hmmmmmm... whos the troll?
Also you say we diggers... but you joined today... - alaynapaige, on 06/09/2008, -1/+2I agree fully with AresDiggs. The universe is just an amazingly beautifully constructed entity.

- Evolutuon, on 06/09/2008, -0/+1If someone's not complaining about the politics on Digg, then its some other contemporary Digg subject.

- k7jeb, on 06/09/2008, -0/+1You'll never get a surface view from an orbiting spacecraft. However, this APOD is pretty close:

- Kronos6948, on 06/09/2008, -0/+1I wish this was widescreen. I'd lose too much if I cut the top and bottom off to make it fit.
- DYMongoose, on 06/09/2008, -2/+3Why is this being dugg down?
- chesscat, on 06/09/2008, -1/+1I wonder if the rings around Uranus look different from the other side.
