- gkwillie, on 04/11/2008, -1/+17Kudos to the photographer for getting the moon this young.
- burn0ut, on 04/11/2008, -2/+9Actually, what you see here is the brim of an alien mothership.
- RedHeadedFreak, on 04/11/2008, -3/+10I feel dirty...that moon is just too young.
- mookieXL, on 04/11/2008, -2/+7I still can't see any moon, but i found 3 dead pixels.
- bagboyrebel, on 04/11/2008, -1/+6You guys aren't getting how awesome this is. It's the regular moon, BUT YOU CAN'T REALLY SEE IT!!!!!!!
- OneLess, on 04/11/2008, -2/+6My original comment was that I still couldn't see the moon, but then went back and double-checked it :) Pretty amazing that it's such a new moon that I mistook it for a wisp of cloud.
- jjpertusch, on 04/11/2008, -2/+6oh cool! he got a little piece of the moon. its like the whole moon, only just a piece of it. its so cool, in fact, that you can barely notice it. cooool!
- MrCrispyChicken, on 04/12/2008, -0/+2OMG! W00T!
- majordanger, on 04/11/2008, -0/+2Tough shot , good job! In the animation you can see more and more of the moon illuminated as it sets.
- guinnessstout, on 04/11/2008, -2/+3W
- biddie67, on 04/11/2008, -1/+2Even with the directions, it took some careful searching to spot the wisp of the crescent - congratulations on your capture of the elusive sight!!
- DrummerAndrew, on 04/11/2008, -0/+1You dumb bastard.
- seventoes, on 04/11/2008, -0/+1Haha, i get it!
- redcatalina, on 04/11/2008, -1/+2It's a schooner.
- Godlike, on 04/11/2008, -1/+1HOLY JESUS CHRIST IT'S THE MOON.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -1/+1That is amazing. At first he couldn't see the moon, but now he is one of the best players in baseball today!
- jakobrowning, on 04/11/2008, -2/+2Yeah I guess I'm just not feeling the wow factor on this one guys. And contrary to popular belief, I did not in fact "***** brix." It's just the freakin' moon. Now if this were taken from Mars or something then I could see it, but I just think the Earth's moon is so 4.25 billion years ago.
- SuperGreen420, on 04/12/2008, -3/+2Let's be honest. Worst picture of the Moon, ever.
- volanin, on 04/11/2008, -4/+3Also, kudos to the webdesigner for offering the animation in FLASH (closed-source) or GIF (open-source, expired-patents).
- bbqsalad, on 04/11/2008, -2/+1Snapper, It just makes sense.
- redlantern64, on 04/11/2008, -3/+2NICE!
- sydelct, on 04/11/2008, -3/+2Amazing photo! Now, this encourages me to plan ahead - not to photograph the moon since I don't have the equipment but just to enjoy its delicate look.
- newanalog, on 04/11/2008, -3/+1yawn
- staxofmax, on 04/11/2008, -4/+2No, it's moonlight refracting through swamp gas on Venus.
- BenKenobi88, on 04/11/2008, -3/+1presently? ew.
- pbojovic, on 04/11/2008, -4/+1fake
- markp93, on 04/11/2008, -8/+5you will ***** bricks
- mecharabbit, on 04/11/2008, -3/+0I think the moon is wearing Frodo's ring.
- LoudNoise, on 04/11/2008, -5/+2I've got a picture from a few years ago that's even younger.
- aihuman, on 04/11/2008, -4/+0That's no moon.
- AngelDragon, on 04/11/2008, -8/+2When you see it - you will ***** brix.
- CapCzar, on 04/11/2008, -8/+2Exactly! I thought he couldn't see the moon because it wasn't there. Then I saw it, and I ***** bricks.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -12/+1Yes, it is clouds indeed. The small crescent ring is a len flare from the sun.
