    In short: Some "analysts" got paid a lot of money just to say terrorists can communicate like everyone else, and that they're happy to use the same things that so-called "normal" people use, like cellular phones and twitter?     ANYTHING can be a terrorist tool. A GPS, a hand-drawn map, smoke signals or whatever...
    Terrorists are humans, and they communicate with whatever means are available just like any other human.

    The real question to all this is how much of the taxpayers money went into creating this bogus report... if it's more than 1 cent, its not worth it.
