- amuse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0We are super excited. Kevin did a great job. WTG!
- RatBagu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow, that looks good. Better than what they've got at my job...
- odysseus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0How is this better than RT? (Request Tracker, an open source enterprise grade ticket system) http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/
- quellish, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0sweet. a ticketing system done right. up and running after a few minutes of fixing a mysql issue on my end.
- eidderf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this is gonna be big! as in BIG!!!
- caffo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0SimpleTicket rox. Finally a good ticket system.
- puggy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Doesn't work on Rails v1.0. Judging by the shorter rake tasks, it seems like it's still on the older version. What's with the .svn directories? It looks cool but sloppy.
- Waffles, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This looks very nice, I'm planning on trying it out tommorow. The screenshots look very slick and professional.
- MikeCampo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ooo beautiful :D
- woozy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Is there something similar in PHP? I can't wait for the opportunity to learn Ruby one day.
- SoniCraze, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If anyone can set up a install of this on a ***** box (something it would run on) i would pay for hardware and the install. I could really use this right now but dont have the time to learn how to get the server enviroment setup. The maint and updates would be no problem for me.
Lemme know
sonicraze@gmail.com - Synapsys, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0SimpleTicket looks cool, but is of relatively poor design (In terms of doing things the "Rails Way") and is pretty horrible to install and has little to no documentation. Perhaps making the project more "open" would be a good idea...
- fac3less, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm personally pretty satisfied with Kayako.
It cost about 300 USD but in the end you get what you pay for :)
Nonetheless I'm always enthused to hear about new open source projects as well. - vestige, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The .svn directories are because they use subversion for source control. Much like the CVS directories used by cvs.
- amuse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Newer version is now available:

You must feel like an idiot now, right? - spacebar14, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0lmao i was just going to say "why post a blog" until i read that last post ;) ;)
- Daisuke, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0haha, I thought this was a joke at first.
But I suppose, having not tried it out (or any other ticketing system for that matter), I shouldn't be talking. - CaughtThinking, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0you're not your.
