Plus, where did they dig these guys up at? Man, talk about cheesy! If they are supposed to be professionals, they sure don't act it."
there was a PC on there. so the guy uses a mac, and the nano is a prize that many mac and PC users alike would enjoy. whats wrong with that.
they are actually very successful. the best selling PS books, magazines and videos. Some of it may be goofy, yes, but i went to a 7 hour course taught by Dave Cross, and a little goofiness kept it from being monotonous and boring and kept you interested the whole time
its also the first vidcast they've done. you can't expect the kind of quality and extensive setup that diggnation has right out of the gate - BugMeNot2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ROFL @ your bad spelling.
YAY. PS TIPS. - wastern, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0thanks for the reminder. i went to class taught by these guys last week. it was awesome
its not burt monroy. its scott kelbey and the rest of the crew from NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) - tarun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0http://www.photoshopguys.com/episodes/pstv_10242005.mp4
- egbert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0What are "Profressionals"? What are "Profossionals"? This site does have a spell checker.
- TheAttacks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This could be useful.
- Braulio, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Kind of embarassing....where is the download link?
- Chazzer3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is good, should be very useful!
- TGDuff, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Is this encoded in h.264? If it is, does anyone know of a Linux solution to viewing it?
- lmcintyre, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0anyone know the answer to the quiz question?
- chosenone-, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0craigeth: No reason not to do your own ps vidcast. Competition is good.
- HarryStamen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I hope they are better than the audio ones... they were mostly just discussion about Photoshop events and products, and very few tips.
- Chango_Family, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0>They were doing just audio
Isnt Photoshop audio like saying pr0n for the blind?
A+ digg. - Reilala, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I watched this and it was amazing! Nice, so glad to see it in video form.
- benb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks for the heads up. Digg for you.
- lewsmind, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Damn my over-confidence in my spelling ability. Why can't I just click the check spelling button. It doesn't make me less of a man.
- danhuard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0is bert monroy (who did photoshop segments for TSS) involved?
- deadpixel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0http://www.photoshopguys.com/player/pstv_10242005.swf
meh i dunno if it's worth it yet... just thought some people would like to see it a lil bigger - wastern, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i will say they need some better quality video, you couldn't see and of the sharpening and the real effect on the screen at all
- wastern, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"anyone know the answer to the quiz question?"
no one say, i don't want you lowing my chances by cheating. mmwwaahahahaa - mwilke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0sub par they have some neat stuff, some is exclusive to CS2 which sucks for those of us who still have cs or ps7. They arent very great tv hosts..
- kinglizard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I was excited to see this thread and disappointed when I viewed the video. It was 95% meaningless talk and promotion and 5% tutorial.
- iWorks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0awesome!
- VesperDEM, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm sorry, are you sure this is a "Photoshop" podcast or an Macintosh/Apple podcast? Sheesh.

I agree. I also wanted a bigger screen, but unfortunately the video was set up for ipod video viewers.
Enjoyed the 24 minute show and will continue to watch just for the "5%-of-the-time" tips.
Dugg! - VesperDEM, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't have a problem with them not being boring, the guys on The Screen Savers and Call For Help were very engrossing. Mind you, I didn't watch the whole video, but it sure looked like a Mac party to me.
- lewsmind, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No you don't really need itunes for this.
- wastern, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0for linux
x264 is an open source version of h.264 - mattk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Hey Everyone,
Thanks for all of the kind (and entertaining) feedback. This is great info and we're taking it all in to improve the next one.
Photoshop Guy (or dork as some pointed out),
Matt Kloskowski - *blu*, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0do i seriously need itunes for this? ew.
- Kinetica, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0best info comes from NAPPs magazine Photoshop User and their forums on the site. as far as all the video tutorials and other info on their site, its not worth it. the same if not better information can be found on the web. you'll pay the same price if not a lil more getting the magazine at Barnes and Nobles over the course of a year but worth it. IMO.
- kinglizard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Matt Kloskowski,
I'm really happy to see you are willing to take constructive criticism to improve your show. I would be a regular viewer if your show contained more Photoshop tips and tutorials. Your last show only contained a couple 20 second spots for these tips and tutorials with the remaining time spent on promotional talk and the like.
Thanks for taking my comments as intended.... - craigeth, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0oh bloody hell. i wanted to do a vidcast like this.
- muldoonaz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I sure do love profressionals... and profossionals too!
- chosenone-, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Alright, I watched the whole episode. The tutorials SUCKED, they're not even tutorials! How to duplicate multiple layers at once? WTF!!
And these guys are lame and horrible hosts. They suck. ***** this show. There, that's my opinion. Move on! - chosenone-, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0***** why do they have to point out all the shortcuts etc.? Most people GET THIS and can look elsewhere if they can't... I hope this doesn't continue on each episode.
