- mangulo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+15Wow! Is this fun! I want my students to see this. What a great teaching tool. Thank you for providing this unique feature for all of us to use.
- swifty12, on 10/12/2007, -4/+17this is no good...it wont play blockdude
- kodek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I like my TI calculator better :) at least it graphs my equations correctly.
- mrkoje, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I like GCalc at http://www.gcalc.net a little better.
- mrkoje, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8So it is an applet... but at least it graphs my equation in under 2 minutes!!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6but it's an applet. ewww.
- dmr0240, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4The best free graphing program I know of is GraphEq (no, it's not an online app). Try typing in " |sin(sqrt(x^2-y^2))|=|cosx| " to see what it can do.
http://www.peda.com/download/ (click GraphEq 2.12) - tylerni7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Yea... it definitely needs more games...
TI-89 FTW! - njroghair, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Looking good. Will be interested to see how this develops.
Simple and elegant interface, looks like it will be useful for lessons. - N080dy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4haha definitely the defining feature of the TI 8x line. puzzpack ftw!
- Metal_Hurlant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That is funny.
Adblock is obviously not mature enough, as, while it successfully blocked you from using this app, it didn't block you from posting here.
Please check your extension soon for an update that will address this issue. - midorigin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Don't know why you've done that to your computer. Check out the 'Adblock Filterset.G Updater' extension, to keep you from doing stupid things to your filters and blocking graphing calculators.
- slythfox, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1mrkoje, I wouldn't even bother to use a calc that takes two minutes to render a graph. That's still too long.
Here's a graphing project I almost forgot about.
http://www.quate.net/board/showthread.php?tid=6
It has a download to a 'concept' client program, but it will eventually turn to be an online PHP program. That means no applets, and is probably fast rendering. - u8myfoood, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1damn.. but does it support tetris and pheonix?
- DesolataX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow... That is an amazing app! Great for introducing students to "graphing calulators" in Math 9.
But I notice the Digg effect on graphing. Graphed all 5 equations I threw at it :D
But I do prefer my TI-84 Plus :D - Rmillerick, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ron Avitzur came to Google and did a TechTalk on this on August 1, 2006.

Enjoy :) - slythfox, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm waiting for a nice, simple, PHP graphing calculator. The calc linked just took so long to load, and is rather annoying... And if it's to be used as a teaching tool, or a tool for students without a TI graphing calc, with this calc, it's will be quite annoying to save a picture of the graph. Something simpler would be nice indeed.
- mrkoje, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1slythfox,
I actually meant that GCalc.net was a lot faster than this graphing calculator. GCalc renders my graphs instantly and also can print them with different colors for different equations. - mattycoze, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Is there any good free graphing calculator software for the PDA handhelds running windows mobile 2003?
- StephnDolenc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i was honstly thinking about making something like this a few months after maps.google.com went live.
- midorigin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The best thing I've found is Virtual TI for Pocket PC, but it is a shame to not make full use of that large, colorful touch-screen.
- mcoder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This one is much better and faster (entirely in Javascript):
http://www.walterzorn.com/grapher/grapher_e.htm - SpiritCrisis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I feel a google purchase. I would have used that in grade school definitely but now its to late. Good article.
- paintballman, on 02/20/2009, -0/+0hi
- bobm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0pretty cool, makes me wish I paid more attention in the maths classes
- pauldonnelly, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Don't you mean that you told Adblock to block it? Because it only blocks what you tell it to. I offer you this revised ultimatum: "If I can't see it without learning to properly use some handy Firefox extension then no digg."
- thediggs, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0amazing work, feel like some of them by my own, :( no time for me
( http://spogel.com http://webictus.com http://webictussolutions.com ) - tomctheman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0or you could just use grapher in OS X..... blows everything out of the water
- Legion303, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is nice. Try x*sin(1/x) (and zoom in).
- wiseblogger, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0that's a nice tool, does anybody have any idea in which this was done??
the one which is done with javascript too is good (mentioned in a post little above)
Nice work..
( http://rajusha.com http://rajusha.info ) - jvimal, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Nice.
How more complex can the web-apps evolve? I would love to see! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Pretty slick - but can it beat beadface.com
- toddmok, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Adblock blocked me from seeing it at all. If I can't see it without disabling some handy firefox extension then No Digg.
- chad78, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1nice
- andrewpmk, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0It is extremely slow. No digg.
- techcomp, on 10/12/2007, -9/+1Way too cool, Man! This program will be a great math learning and teaching tool.
---o00o----'(_)'----o00o---PERFECT!!•-•´¯`•.¸.¸.•´¯`•...¸> - atho, on 10/12/2007, -14/+3ninesquaredis81 is truly a genius of the internets

What is Digg?
