discovermagazine.com — Discover Magazine has an interesting article on mapping the blogosphere, reporting on the work of Matthew Hurst. Hurst mapped the blogosphere according to links. Bright spots represent sites with the highest number of links, isolated islands represent closed communities and other special interest communities.

    Blogosphere refers to a world of blogs and blogging. Even though it sounds lame, it makes sense. I know I'll be dugg down because I understand the term 'blogosphere'.
