- LiveFastDieOld, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16This seems like a great idea! I can't see it backfiring at all.

What about this one for digg?
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/7714
It displays images in the comments and adds a cliche selector.
(Yes, I did make it, but you might find it useful)
If you install it, this should appear as an image right in the comments:

If you already have greasemonkey and understand it, there is no need to read the article. Nothing like a top 10 list to wake you up in the morning. - PhilH, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8How can you ever make a definitive list of something that varies so much from user to user?
- LiveFastDieOld, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Eh. More art than science. I don't think there much rhyme or reason to the order, it's more just Ten Scripts You Might Find Great.
- laekkerhaar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Good thing they disabled the Textarea Backup thing in Gmail - I had (unknowingly) CC'ed one of my professors on a few e-mails that REALLY weren't for him :)
- niczar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Why the ***** is the profanity filter in that top 10? Why does he need a tool to remove them bad bad words? ***** silly.
- blubloblu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4http://personales.ya.com/casitasoler/james/diggimages/limecat.jpg I for one welcome our greasemonkey overlords
- deinspanjer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Surprised that the list got dugg with no digg.com scripts in it. :)
I'll plug my script at the risk of being thumbed into oblivion.
Add Digg Control
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/7883
Is a script that will modify any article links from front pages to make the linked page display a nifty, floating, draggable digg this control. Handy if you like to open a bunch of article links in background tabs and figure out whether to digg them or not after reading them.
Also note there is a native extension version if you don't use greasemonkey. - geekitechture, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Here's three Greasemonkey scripts I like for Digg:
Digg Comment Enhancer (pics right on the page and more)
Digg Story Mirrors (adds mirrors from Google, Coral Cache, Dugg Mirror, and web.archive.org)
Digg Nested Comments (lets you reply to any comment, includes username/number at top of reply)
Not to mention Greasemonkey scripts for Inline MP3 Players and Inline Video Players also work on Digg. - Recluse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've been using the greased lightbox script for a long time. I don't know what I would do without it.
- K4P741NxKRUNCH, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow that lightbox script comes in real handy!
Google image searching is so much easier!
Thanks! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1http://personales.ya.com/casitasoler/james/diggimages/ceilingcat.jpg
- cjhandley, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Profanity blocker? Oh yes, I had forgotten that seeing certain words may lead to one's inability to lead a civil life.
Gosh darn it. - Peepsalot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm a big fan of the password composer greasemonkey script.
http://www.xs4all.nl/~jlpoutre/BoT/Javascript/PasswordComposer/greasemonkey.html - HyperJack, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Anyone noticed that the links on Life Hacker Top 10's never work instantly.
They always have to be fixed or something!!
As for the Scripts, some of them seem pretty good....but I doubt they are much use to me.
I never really used Grease Monkey. - DaMacGamer, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1!!!!!!11!1!one!!eleventy!!!!! In Soviet Russia... http://personales.ya.com/casitasoler/james/diggimages/orly.jpg
- qistoph, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1http://www.salon.com/ent/video_dog/comedy/2007/04/05/first/index.html
- akagoose, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Wow another top ten greasemonkey script post makes the front page! burried.
- Deguello, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1But does it run linux? http://personales.ya.com/casitasoler/james/diggimages/pancakebunny.jpg
- j0se, on 10/12/2007, -27/+1First!
