- HHP2K, on 10/23/2007, -0/+2Pretty good so far, though extremely feature-lacking, it's on its way to being a nice IM client.

- insllvn, on 11/03/2007, -0/+1I guess I am just not sure why we need a Mozilla IM 3client, that is really a Mozilla version of an existing open source IM client. Sort of makes me wonder if Mozilla has gotten a little too big for its own good. Don't get me wrong, I love Firefox. I have tried to jump ship for Opera in the past, and I always come back to the fox. I use a browser so much that the extensibility and customizablility are worth a bit of bloat, but for a program that I, and I assume most, use in the background, and leave running much of the time they are at the computer, I wonder if Mozilla's extensions-for-everything approach will work with an IM client. I am growing worried about the future of Mozilla and thus of my chosen browser. What do you think Digg? Has Mozilla lost site of its original goal to be a secure and lightweight browser? Is it a good thing to put the Mozilla team's skills to work on many diverse applications to expand the breadth of FOSS software? Who shot J.R.? What benefits can you see Mozilla bringing to the IM client market that are not already on pidgin's road map? How many of Mozilla's new products are you interested in or even excited about? Should Digg have larger text input fields, or do I just go off on rants too frequently?
