- pdpdjh, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I found the stuff about maps, mail and scholar SERPS not being manipulated interesting. I see Matt Cutts posted saying Google don't alter the Algo to benefit themselves. I don't know why but I just cant bring myself to believe them as much as I would like to, when you look at what was said in the article how can Google Scholar turn up top on the day it was launched?
Also I notice that in the inside adwords Google post they don't mention budget or amounts their internal marketing staff are bidding, I know theres no reason they should but it sure would be interesting.
