FYI, I use an HP synaptics touchpad scroll function on my notebook computer and it's been driving me nuts that I can scroll down in google chrome, but to scroll up I have to use the up arrow or page up. It has seriously been the most annoying thing, but I love google chrome so much it's become my main browser and I deal with this scroll frustration EVERY DAY. I just ran your fix, and it works perfectly. Was impressed your program automatically created a backup of the dll for me too. THANK YOU for this, really!
