- webcrumb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Where better to launch (or advertise) a new service than on Digg?
I wouldn't be surprised if it's Google who eventually buy Digg...
Diggoogle? Diggle? Goodigggle? - crawf061, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9lol for diggle
- afeitarse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Haha...thanks to digg, Google is going to wonder why Writely users doubled in a 24 hour period :-p
- lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9how long did you wait? it can take up to a day.
I think its a guy that does it manually.
If you want, send me an email: lazyrussian@gmail.com and I'll give you one. - lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8NOTE: I am not harvesting any emails - I delte every email I get after I send out the invite so that I know who I sent it too already.
don't worry. - longboarder543, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Ok, so I don't want to turn this into a long page of "send me an invite please!", but if you want an invite, reply to this post, and I'll send an invite to "[your_username]@dodgeit.com"
Then just go to dodgeit.com, enter your username, and the invite will be there. - vdxc, on 09/29/2008, -2/+9thanks, hope it works :)

- lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4ALRIGHT. I AM DONE INVITING (its 3:30pm)
If you send me an email from the form on m ysite or directly to me I will invite you when I get a chance.
note: I've invited about 100-120 people and also, thanks to the other diggers who helped in spreading writely :) - pkulak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4You mean it doesn't work in Safari.
- sdquirk, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6@tuxuser
If you had used Writely it might have told you "some one" is one word and "whats" (your post below) would need an apostrophe. But seriously, I use it for a non-profit I'm starting to share documents between seven people. It works much better than tracking multiple Word documents. - nacs, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Why are so many people posting their email addresses in the digg comments?
You guys are asking to be spammed. - lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4not yet, keep inviting until we make them open up registration :p
- dextroz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3thank you lazyrussian!!! I got my invite from him
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Pretty fun. I'm still fiddling around with it, getting used to it's settings. Seems like a handy way to access important documents.
- mightysquid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Did we break Writely yet?
- rsky, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4http://rv2.org/2006/05/25/writely/#comments

- mightysquid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Google doesn't really need any more money. I think they are just investing in "cool" because they can. They got the money and the corporate culture to innovate.
- lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3LOL! yes, yes I do.
This will be my one act of altruism that will get me into heaven. :p - strictnein, on 10/12/2007, -6/+9nice - a new technique to harvest personal email addresses
Congrats! - ThatsUnpossible, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Google-ized in the sense that they make it fit Google's look and feel, they make it work with your existing google account, etc.
- lazyrussian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3if you wantan invite - http://www.lazyrussian.com/form-index.php fill that out.
I'm going to stop at 3:30pm EST.

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I didn't even know Writely was bought out by Google. I've had a Writely account for a long time now.
- xswag, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4If anyone wants a Writely Invite I'm selling them on Ebay for $100 apiece. Get yours fast before they run out.
Just joking! I do remember when Gmail first came out and people were making bank off of invites on Ebay though. I just gave them away to friends. - joshg253, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Thanks lazyrussian.
