I would hope many other people use Firefox atleast. Not to start a war here, but I am very impressed by Opera too, seems a bit quicker than Firefox.

I do find it interesting though that NYU requires you to use Firefox.

Well, I'm assuming this was at the NYU campus where you'd expect a lot more tech people. AWesome video, most of the IE users are older, and just won't change. Most of the FF users say bettter security, faster, better looking. At least the one old white haired guy sayed he would learn to change becuase NYU was making it mandatory to use it instead of IE.

- tawker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Well, claims are that Firefox has 10% market share. What if those 10% were the people who heavily used the internet for hundreds of sites daily. On my political blog (http://decisioncanada2006.blogspot.com) 40.48% of my hits are coming from Firefox. On my tech blog (http://thetechnopile.blogspot.com) close to 90% of my hits are coming from Firefox. Yes, Firefox may be installed on fewer machines, but the people who use Firefox are mostly the "power users" of the web.
