- badjoke, on 06/28/2008, -1/+38You rang?
- MaxP3, on 06/27/2008, -20/+50In all honesty, plugins, addons, and applications are all getting out of hand on the net.
- mcmlxxii, on 06/28/2008, -1/+23Firefox is almost single handedly responsible for making sure websites are (in most cases) coded to open standards from the W3C. On the one hand it IS just a browser, on the other it's a great force for openness on the net.
- fsuarez2005, on 06/28/2008, -1/+20I want an add-on that redirects me to a mirror when Digg crashes a server.
- ClassicQ, on 06/28/2008, -0/+15Resurrect Pages 2.0.2 >> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/257 ...
"Dead pages, broken links, the scourge of the internet. Powerhouse sites like Slashdot and Digg can bring a server to its knees. What do we do when a page is dead but we still want to see it? Call in the clerics, and perform a resurrection..." - jockser, on 06/28/2008, -1/+13Pssst...
Over here.. come try it.. only once.. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ - davidbeile, on 06/28/2008, -3/+14My name is David Beile, and I'm addicted to Firefox 3...
- Jennica, on 06/28/2008, -2/+12Right now I only have one addon: Gmail notifier.
- AmyVernon, on 06/27/2008, -3/+12i love all the themes. i downloaded about 40 and rotate them upon occasion.
- runner108, on 06/28/2008, -2/+10Isn't that sort of the basis of Linux? packages?
- AdmiralAcbar, on 06/28/2008, -1/+9How can you live without adblock?!
- HigherLogic, on 06/28/2008, -4/+11Opera will set you free.
- Wolfghost, on 06/28/2008, -2/+10Firefox Addiction Recovery and Treatment? FART?

- infekt, on 06/28/2008, -2/+8Your puter sucks.
- jadrian, on 06/28/2008, -1/+6It's quite handy indeed, but If I had to pick just one of my extensions it would be Adblock Plus for sure.
- inactive, on 06/28/2008, -0/+5Mozilla needs to ***** fix the bug in FF3 for Mac that on quitting makes your CPU usage go to 100%. Not cool
- badjoke, on 06/28/2008, -1/+6Greasemonkey + http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/9520
I get a row of 5 icons next to each digg article which link to mirrors. - MonkCanatella, on 06/28/2008, -0/+4Hi David.
- fxu1989, on 06/28/2008, -2/+6Firefox has never crashed for me, not once.
Been using it since 1.5 - HonoredMule, on 06/29/2008, -0/+4Hi David.
- inactive, on 06/28/2008, -3/+7Remember the days of IE6 and then get back to me.
- srg13, on 06/28/2008, -1/+6I get 0.35%
- inactive, on 06/28/2008, -1/+5Thats a Placebo.
- diggproof, on 06/28/2008, -2/+6Hi David.
- diggmeyers, on 06/27/2008, -4/+8I can accept there is a problem, but i say f it - i just give in
- rpelayo, on 06/28/2008, -1/+5Install Internet Explorer. I promise you'll immediatly start using the Web less and less. And look, no extensions worth a damn.
- virtualonliner, on 06/28/2008, -1/+4Did they forget sarcasm tag??
- mithrasinvictus, on 06/28/2008, -2/+5I have 24. Maybe i should cut down a little.
- robz0rz, on 06/28/2008, -2/+5I thought that's what we had Internet Explorer users for
- bradleyland, on 06/28/2008, -1/+4On one hand, it's just a browser. On the other hand, it's a viking broad axe of web-standards awesomeness!
- inactive, on 06/28/2008, -1/+4right click -> customize -> use small icons -> ok.
- nephilimx, on 06/28/2008, -2/+5N-Trance did in the mid 90s
- Lyk4n, on 06/29/2008, -0/+3Hi David.
- thoma4tr, on 06/28/2008, -1/+4I suppose someone needs to look at the ads to keep the Internet running
- inactive, on 06/28/2008, -0/+2Wow, that's actually a useful add-on. Thanks for the tip.
- lilmoder, on 06/28/2008, -0/+2+1 to you! :) Bury me b*tches!
- splorpdotorg, on 06/28/2008, -0/+2What are you doing that makes it "keep crashing"? Seriously. I run the browser, hit lots of websites, post to message boards, run tons of tab and about a dozen add ons and NEVER CRASH. At work I run 2 separate windows, each with a minimum of 5 tabs (sometimes as many as 7) and NEVER CRASH.
- virtualonliner, on 06/28/2008, -1/+3According to Blake Ross, "It just shows the web pages" is the highest compliment you can offer to him for creating firefox. So wholesomely true.
http://www.blakeross.com/index.php?p=9 - wzeallor, on 06/28/2008, -1/+3Back up (or export) your bookmarks. And, when you have FF3 installed, delete the bookmarks in the bookmarks organizer and import the file you made.
- tehxen3, on 06/28/2008, -0/+2Bush lied, lolcats died!
- WileyK, on 06/28/2008, -2/+4I don't mind the lack of addons simply because everything I need my browser to do is built in.
But that's just me, your vary may mileage, etc. - inactive, on 06/28/2008, -2/+4Can I politely and respectfully ask everyone on Digg to *please* settle down about Firefox 3?
Yes, it IS a great browser, but honestly it's getting tiring seeing everyone squeee about it every day. Or the next time a shiny new Apple product shows up, and the Digg masses band together to howl their anti-Jobs rants, I'm going to be there pointing my accusing finger back to when you behaved in exactly the same way over a BROWSER! - MRAS, on 06/28/2008, -1/+3I can quit any time i want
