bigblueball.com — The AOL Instant Messenger developers have had some fun with the AIM API, creating a network link for Google Earth that shows live AIM chat activity. It's interesting to see where the AIM users are, and who they are chatting with.

  • DavX, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3This is really cool, just select a location and you'll get all the chat links from that location. The AIM API is actually quite powerful, AIM has been getting a lot better in the past few years, not that we expect much of AOL anyway..
