    They kind of do. In the video section, you can play youtube videos without leaving the site. In the podcast section, there is an embedded music player to listen to the podcast right in digg.

    VLC for videos, foobar2000 / Winamp for audio.

    BTW, does anyone know if there is a project of making foobar2000/equivalent in linux?

  • seanthebond, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Windows Media Player 11 was definitely a step up over 10. I hated Windows Media Player and laughed at people who said it was better than Winamp and so on, but now I really like the new one. Especially how it keeps track of your music library. Its really slick.

  • badriram, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5I use WMP, frankly i love it, esp the toolbar mode, and they have an excellent library management in wmp 11 in vista. And the search also works very well even on shared media. Best of all the playlists also can be used on my 360.
