Wordpress all the way for me. I've never found any that have came close to its simplicity yet still advanced features. There is also a nice number of themes and plugins for it.

I'm not sure about all the others, but I've been using WordPress for almost 2 years now, and I can tell you that there are a LOT of mistakes in that chart for WordPress. WordPress can do Photo Galleries, Captchas, has more than 7 skins, the admin section CAN be skinned/changed, etc... - cavicster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Missing serendipity.

Period.
