- estvir, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5why would there be any damage done ? people haven't had any damage done by any of the betas..

- dmw16, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I wonder how many people they will accept for beta testing. I signed up - I'd be down w/ beta testing.
As for the people all fired up about not allowing beta testing outside of the US. There may be some export controls placed on non-finalized software. I am just guessing, but the Department of Commerce is pretty strict about export controls and MS may have to apply for an export license for their software (which takes time and money) so maybe they don't want to take that time and money to apply for a beta release. - TylerDurden0, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Why don't you eat a ***** Mac Mini and die?
- Lifelogger, on 10/12/2007, -6/+6Too bad you can only become a tester when you live in the United States.
- jedimasta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't mean physical damage. Every time I've ever beta'd anything, part of the agreement has been to release liability on the part of the company for any adverse affects to other software including your operating system. It wasn't a MS bash. It mighta been dry humor, but geez you guys can be up-tight. -5 diggs? It's not like I insulted your mothers' cooking or something.
- diargasm, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2cool, thanks. I signed up.
