- Timmmm, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Who would want to advertise that they read digg?
- pault107, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I've been playing with the Digg API and I quite like it. My first attempt at an app - http://www.duggornot.com You can check how your Digg submissions are doing. I plan to add lots more functionality soon.
- vann, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Yeah, I know, I even wrote an article about it: http://20bits.com/2007/06/21/5-ways-to-improve-the-digg-app/
Eli White, the PHP guy at digg, responded saying basically, "Good points, but we want to do it right." Perfection it the enemy of good enough. - V3n0M, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2You're addicted to appahol?
- MrMidi, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2This one is my favorite, its only a week old I think.

http://apps.facebook.com/gigoitapp/ - m3mn0n, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Appaholic & Appsaholic kick ass!
- agnoster, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Wow, very useful. Should help give people a sense of what kind of growth these new facebook apps are experiencing. Interesting how poor the digg app is doing, though.
- mirzar, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2very useful for tracking your app
- MalDON, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Very helpful. I use it to see when my users are upset and try to find out why people are not signing up or leaving.
- crxnamja, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2sweet. quite useful!
- vann, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Has anyone else noticed that the comment count always seems to be off by one? Mysterious.
- doctorallia, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1its not even a facebook app and it is my favorite facebook app
- vann, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Glad it was helpful. :)
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1wow, this is a cool stats site. my friend made the Free Gifts application, i never knew it was the #8 application on facebook!
- vann, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Yeah, I considered making it a Facebook app, but there's not much value in it for Appaholic, IMO. What benefit is there to being able to see the graphs within Facebook? Unless an app either (1) extends the functionality of the Facebook or adds a new feature in the spirit of Facebook or (2) directly interacts with the social graph there's not much advantage to it.
Plus, I get indexed by search engines this way. - vann, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Well, for Bookshelf, I just had the stat graphs bookmarked and hit CTRL+whatever to see the graphs.
- agnoster, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0The one advantage I could see is letting developers add it and customizing the default apps they want to compare, or sets of apps. Spares you either managing accounts or using a cookie, and makes it conveniently accessible for devs who are (presumably) already moderate-to-heavy facebook users.
- testack, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Love this app - lots of fun to watch growth of certain apps!
- amitm, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0The facebook app itself is much better. It breaks down virality to a finer detail as well as giving you nicer graphs.
- niyogi, on 10/11/2007, -2/+0Yep -if you're looking for a facebook app itself that does this too - check out http://apps.facebook.com/appsaholic/
