Sad thing is, most of these "victims" you claim could be helped whore their information out to almost anyone who asks, even if they know better, because they want the sex. They are shamed if caught however, and as a cover make the pervert whom they invited to come to bed with them appear to be a manipulative freak, when really he's just a lonely horny person with little common sense.

Most kids know that when someone starts talking freaky, you click block. It doesn't matter a damn bit if you go to a local police website, you'd have to contact the police wherever the perv lives. At least thats the way it is over here in the states. Its the internet. Its a big place, if you hadn't noticed. And hell, what about the freaks from other countries? They still can't do anything.
