Kicking A Spammer In The Nuts Daily Turns Out To Be Effective

techdirt.com — The latest effort, launched just last month, was named Kick a Spammer in the Nuts Daily (descriptive, yes?) and consists of having a ton of people fill out bogus orders on spammed sites. Brian McWilliams is now saying this method has worked against one spammer who is now begging for mercy.

It shouldn't be too hard to do, and you could spoof your address completely if you can get enough non-responsive IP addresses to use. It would be mostly unblockable.

I think spammy did a doo-doo in his diapers when Brian said "set double opt-in" to him. You want to set off a mass marketer, maybe give him a stroke or coronary, just say that phrase and watch the red rise. Spammy started this cuz of greed, so let's show him what greed gets them: an ass-whoopin'.
