  • weberik, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've wondered about this for some time. IMs can obviously be faked, but there aren't any real clear evidentiary guidelines about how to deal with them in court. Obviously it's just a matter of time before this becomes a much larger evidentiary issue.
