They (as in DOT) shut down a major exit near my house, and had one of these electronic signs making note that the exit would be open by Jan 1st 2009. guess what today is? and it still isn't open. I for one would like a simple explanation on that sign by now.
"Exit Delayed due to Zombie Attack"
" Will open exit later "
Then I would be humorously disappointed. -
