- jmazzi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Also, they try to mislead you by saying "Cathedral performed some programming modifications that resulted in certain account statements being mailed to household addresses containing randomly generated account information and/or activity.". All the transactions on mine are clearly from one account and it isnt random bits of info. Its random in the sense that its someone elses account info(including the account number). You can look at the transactions and see they are related.
- caederus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I used to work for one of the big guys in the (paper) bill presentment software industry, and all I can say is Cathedral has some explaining to do, as to while something this big was not caught in QA.
