- vectorjohn, on 01/26/2009, -1/+13no. it didn't change that much. print syntax changed (its a function, formatting syntax changed). A couple of the standard library module names changed slightly to match conventions. Other stuff, but this cheatsheet is mostly still good.
- rockon4life45, on 01/26/2009, -2/+13i want an lolcode cheat sheet

- bastienlabelle, on 01/26/2009, -1/+6Useful. but I've been used to cheatsheets a bit less ugly :)
- plagiats, on 01/26/2009, -0/+5almost. digg screwed the spacing.
- MattFromSeattle, on 01/26/2009, -0/+5Nod's as good as a wink to a blind man!
- Biscuitz, on 01/26/2009, -5/+8Just because most people on Digg aren't new to coding, doesn't mean everyone is. I'm sure some newbies would find this helpful.
- BadAsh71, on 01/27/2009, -0/+3Wow, he's got another Cheat Sheet (Reference Card) for Fortran. Do people still program in Fortran? I will assume he is in College. Do they still teach Fortran in college? LOL :-)
Hey, when I was in College they were still teaching COBOL and Modulus. Wow!
I wish Universities would catchup with Community Colleges and I wish they both would teach more modern languages in general :-) - incidentflux, on 01/26/2009, -0/+3Python for Nokia Symbian S60

- pharmokan, on 01/26/2009, -0/+2im gonna learn python one day. hopefully they wont release another program thats gonna make this and all others obsolete. learning new ***** kinda sucks
- inajeep, on 01/26/2009, -0/+2Thank you, as a mainly script coder for a specialized application I choose Python to be the language I learn this year. I installed Python 3.0 and am slowly working through the Help. I had a few C++ classes years ago and assembler even more years ago but I'm hoping to get at least a deja vu learning experience.
- Wargasmic, on 01/26/2009, -0/+2Do you have any with a little less spam?

- eerpini, on 01/26/2009, -0/+2great one, ... thanks !
- dmcbride6, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2Learning the the syntax will take all of a day (maybe two?) if you have had previous programming experience.
Learning to write python-like on the other-hand...this is an art not easily achieved. - dreadalus, on 01/27/2009, -0/+1There's an "Absolute Beginner's Guide to Python" available. Even a free (old) version on Netlibrary.
- stagnate, on 01/26/2009, -2/+3took 4 mins... any mirror?
- djslyfox, on 01/26/2009, -0/+1good stuff
- BadAsh71, on 01/27/2009, -0/+1In my experience Community College was generally more in tune with teaching the technologies and programming languages of the day where Universities tended to operate like dinosaurs teaching outdated theory and dead programming languages.
I went to UCF and found the Computer Science program there to be so outdated. I guess that is because I already had a full-time job programming in a modern language and technology so I knew what businesses needed from new graduates and I knew my University wasn't preparing students for those needs.
MIS turned out to be the only major that actually taught somewhat modern and useful computer programming concepts. - raviu90, on 01/27/2009, -1/+2what is this someone please PM me
- killdeer03, on 01/27/2009, -0/+1I go to a community college my major is computer science. My community college sucks and so do i......

- bbardlbradd, on 01/26/2009, -4/+5# I'm taking structured programming with python right now... The problem is, though, that the
# course only teaches "Structured Programming". The course and no other course actually
# teaches python, so I have to learn all of it on my own.
# Sort of sucks though because I'm new to programming.
# I've been needing something like this for a while now :) - dmcbride6, on 01/27/2009, -0/+1an interpretive programming language. Pretty powerful - however because it is interpretive it is pretty damn slow.
- perceptrons, on 01/26/2009, -1/+1Lisp already makes them obsolete, so save your time and learn it.
- speedk0re, on 01/26/2009, -4/+3is this better?
