It must be multiple projectors pointing upwards through the hole, reflecting off the mirror, then being rear-projected on the back of the screen. Don't even have to readjust the image. Damn smart.

@oesj: I bought it because it's wired and I can plug it into my PC and it works. I really like the Xbox360's controller design. If they would just improve on the D-Pad I think it would be the best controller yet

The first thing I did when I bought my 37" hdtv was to anxiously hook it up to my computer and give it a try. It took me about 20 minutes to realize that it's just not practical. This becomes apparent when you have to turn your head 60 degrees to just to look at something on the other side of the screen.
