- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+32These are almost all ripoffs or rmakes of http://despair.com - these aren't even half as funny either.
I have ordered their calender's and glossies before, very very nice stuff. Credit needs to go where it is due. - cazabam, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12Hey, these are just like Despair Inc's posters, except these ones didn't make me laugh ...
- ThinkBox, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11http://despair.com is what this should be linking to, not a downed lame site that stole the images and chucked the wit.
- LordSkywalker, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Dead after 55 diggs. Now I'll never get the motivation I need to finish that program.
Nevermind. DuggMirror to the rescue.

http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail86.html - hello2usir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4They're all pretty unfunny.
- paulrus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Lame as lame could be. Dispair.com blows this away.
- digitalme, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6If these were higher res, I'd be headed down to the print shop to have glossies made!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Is this good for the company?
- usp8riot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I still like Strongbad's motivational posters. If only I could remember the episode it happened or am I thinking of something else?
- RichGC, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Maybe I had to high an expectation, but thought these were all crappy.
- thejadedmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4DtD around 5:15am...
Here's a mirror.
http://www.duggmirror.com/programming/Extreme_Programming_Motivational_Posters_sarcastic/ - chinpo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Me, too. Those are very similar to some posters in my library, except they say read. Although one of my teachers I think actually has a courage one.
- mrswirl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Squish it! Skew it! Turn it all Around!

"Oh bread aisle. Warm me with your enriched, bleached bosom!" - Helicobacter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2How about "Endurance":
http://kai.freeflux.net/files/_galleries/gallery/waiting_for_windows.jpg - YourTechSupport, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2For programmers or product support people, they ARE funny.
Rollback.... LOL!
And, *****, the one you mention or rips of actual motivation posters. - sambowatkins, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Agreed, despairs.com's are way funnier. Some of these the picture doesn't even make sense with the caption
- Switch22, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4The're are some of these posters in the map "office" in counter strike source. They are framed and hung on the wall and the text reads "sprayer," "headshot," "sniper" and things like that.
- youmustagree, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1These are XP Motivational Posters - NOT "funny posters" =)
If you don't understand them - more info about XP Programming @
http://www.extremeprogramming.org - the3oclockbook, on 07/31/2008, -0/+1Okay, original posting is way funnier. It's why I dugg this.
- YourTechSupport, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I wish they offered wallpaper versions premade.
Just sayin'. I'm at work and they don't like me booting photoshop for no really good reason. - thepatryn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14chan's (de)motivational posters are much, much, MUCH better.
These are geekier, though. - Alegis, on 10/12/2007, -5/+5http://www.duggmirror.com/programming/Extreme_Programming_Motivational_Posters_sarcastic/
Original wasn't loading here.

Copy these or something, to get higher res for print - Fenster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1If you aren't wearing a helmet an elbow pads, is it really extreme?

http://astore.amazon.com/aerobed.inflatable.bed-20 - seanodonnell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Actually Despair Incs posters are a parody of these, http://www.allposters.com/gallery.asp?aid=638552053&c=c&search=12920&GCID=s15100x025%2DTop%5FKWs&KEYWORD=%5BMotivational+Posters%5D
These posters are just doing the same job, neither are the original. As for are they funny
or not. If you have worked in an Extreme programming shop they are funny as hell. If you have not they are probably just confusing. Very specific geek humor. - FlameOfHeaven, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Maybe a better idea would be to enact the whole scenario in real life. I'll enjoy the big dive to the pool (ref the penguins diving into the antarctic ocean)
- Quakes, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1They actually read "Spamming", "Sniping", "Headshot", and "Camping". You can see them at http://www.hlfallout.net/content/potd.php?id=23148 if you really want to.
- KillsInTehFog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm not saying that these ones are funny or that the despair.com ones aren't infinitely more funny, but no doubt that part of the humor is in its immitation. I do think it is funny that they make fun of topics lifted straight from any software design class. New takes on old ideas are how most people make their money.
- mcsnolte, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree, not funny stuff, and I'm a programmer.
- trogdor_smith, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Make Your own Motivational poster. Just upload an image and type your message. Sweet for making fun of friends.
http://www.flagrantdisregard.com/flickr/motivator.php - omyar, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0That's a good question. Why is this dug?
- thejadedmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -8/+6You stole my mirror! :p
- davidws, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3Try these guys:
