If the marketing people weren't always sticking their weaselly heads into engineering's business, products would be superior and the business would benefit. I also liked his response to the human-assisted search question, human-assisted search is a stupid idea and tweaking the algorithm is a much better method of improving searches.

    1. He didn't use an apostrophe. The correct thing to attack would be his poor attempt at pluralising the word.
    2. Apostrophes are used for contractions, as well as for forming possessive nouns. This man's genius = This man is genius.
