Shane on last weeks 1up Yours podcast even said it was a little concerning and he's as big a PS3 supporter as they come.

MUCH quieter machine
Possibly faster loading (if you can install part of the game on to the HDD)
X360-
Exclusive DLC
Faster loading (if the PS3 doesn't install part of the game on the HDD)
Much bigger online community and everyone has a headset
Ability to load own music during game and across network
Personally i plan to get the 360 version, i have loads of friends on Live and... 2 on the PSN, and i want to be able to listen to my own music, i prefer the 360 Pad too - Thorlord, on 01/28/2008, -0/+21apparently if there is not a standard harddrive present, noone will ever use it.

Uhh nope, that's not true, see the comment below for correction. Otherwise that would be breaking a multi-million dollar contract between MS and Rockstar to make sure only MS get exclusivities, it would nullify the point of MS flooding them with millions of dollars which helped them along the way.
Besides, the average gamer who is going to pick up GTA4 on the PS3/Xbox 360, isn't going to even notice anything about exclusive DLC. - roffelmeh, on 01/28/2008, -6/+22damn,
