- corywingerter, on 10/12/2007, -1/+132no cheating and turning your mouse upside down like i just did.
- Quintus, on 10/12/2007, -39/+10Since I have a tablet that would be very hard.
- ers35, on 10/12/2007, -5/+15I did the same thing.
- dWhisper, on 10/12/2007, -1/+49Especially easy with a wireless mouse...
But it does make trying to start the levels kind of an adventure. - SnowBladerX, on 10/12/2007, -3/+18It doesn't say anything in the rules about not turning your mouse upside down, in fact there are no rules, so I wasn't cheating.
- eplawless, on 10/12/2007, -1/+98pshh. amateurs. rotate screen 180 degrees >_>
- jtjdt, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Pretend your mouse is a joystick
- us3ecandme, on 10/12/2007, -1/+29This especially sucks on a laptop touchpad
- dWhisper, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3@eplawless
Damnit, my VESA stand only goes 90 degrees... - pronto, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12http://duggmirror.com/playable_web_games/Reversed_Mouse/
yeah... - Tricky, on 10/12/2007, -22/+2Go home, dupe nazi.
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17Who said anything about rotating the physical display? just use your geek skills to tinker with the driver.

pssshh amature!
/me faces backwards and uses a mirror - NerdENerd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I have become very skilled at using my mouse reversed. When I lie on my couch the mouse for my media center is upside down on the armrest of the couch. I used to pick it up and use it on my leg, but I started practicing using it in the upside down position. It was very difficult at first, but now I have mastered it.
It kind of reminds me of the old Price of Persia on the Amiga where there was a potion that reveresed the joystick if you drank it. - hugepedlar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2There was a virus doing the rounds on the Atari ST many years ago (my school was full of them) that reversed the Y-axis of the mouse but not the X-axis. This obviously made it impossible to compensate by turning the mouse upside down. I wonder if this game would have benefitted from the same "feature".
- dickeytk, on 10/12/2007, -3/+22that game hurts my brain, NO MORE!
- mercurysquad, on 10/12/2007, -16/+4so is this a shocker?
- lava, on 10/12/2007, -4/+65No, this is a shocker:
http://artfiles.art.com/images/-/Shocker-Poster-C12009849.jpeg - Tony611, on 10/12/2007, -11/+6we all thought it. You just took the effort to post a link.
- lava, on 10/12/2007, -4/+65No, this is a shocker:
- dbug, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16Amazing how fast the brain adapts to the new situations. In level 6 the reversed movement almost felt natural already.
- SourWorm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah, it would probably be more difficult if it switched between normal and backwards every now and then. I remember a game that had a spell or something that would switch your controls for a short time (think it was secret of mana, but probably others too) and I would always just get the hang of it when it would suddenly switch back and screw me up again.
- joazito, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This does mess up your brain. I just kept rotating the scroll wheel up when I was trying to scroll down this page.
- Autoclave, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1And I was still reversed when I came back here. My hand kept wanting to move down to the back button
- oskite, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Amazing how fast *your* brain adapts, maybe. ;)
- gotamd, on 10/12/2007, -14/+6Works great if you're dyslexic!
- leftover, on 10/12/2007, -9/+2umm... what does this game have to with reading. maybe you mean ambidextrous (but that doesn't really apply here either :)
- gotamd, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1It was a joke.
- Mazgazine1, on 10/12/2007, -8/+6Ha! I just turned my trackball around hehe.
- diggdon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4After 5 minutes my brain must have compensated because after that amount of time the reverse mouse movement seemed (slightly) natural. I think using my left hand would be harder than reversing the X/Y direction on my right hand. I wonder how hard it would be to use my left hand AND reverse X/Y.
I've read that people who wear a prism over their eyes to reverse the up/down direction on their eyesight acclimate themselves to the reversal after about a week. Then they can't operate without the reversing lenses. Moreover, it's just as hard to undo the reversal once you want to go back.
Nice digg.- floatingpoints, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10http://www.physlink.com/Education/askExperts/ae353.cfm
"Your brain CAN be retrained though. In one psychological study, participants were asked to wear inverting lenses - lenses that invert the image BEFORE they get to your eye, so that when your eye inverts it, it's right-side-up. At first, everything appeared upside-down to the participants. But, after a few days, people began to report that everything appeared right-side-up! As a second part of the study, the people were asked to take the glasses off. Because they were now used to the lenses, their NORMAL vision appeared upside-down!! Within a day, though, their vision returned to normal. The reason you don't see everything upside-down, then, is simply because it's easier to think about right-side-up!"

- JustinSane, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7If you hit ALT then move your mouse you can move to the other side through walls. hax!!!!11
- TheToecutter, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1How did this make the front page? Seriously. Gah.
Please bury this. - chrisklapp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6rotate your lcd 180 degrees!
- steelmaverick, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Rotate my CRT 180 degrees? I dont think so.
And I cranked it up to 90, pulled the ebrake and turned my escalade into a 180 degree tokyo drift!
Sorry, I had to say it.
- steelmaverick, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Rotate my CRT 180 degrees? I dont think so.
- Namco, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I'm on level 18 and I'm bored as hell. I hate games with seemingly inifinite levels with gradually increasing difficulty.
- ihavebeenseen, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10damn now i am moving my mouse the wrong way
- Opheicus, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1http://duggmirror.com/
- EXJustin, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8I can finish faster if I use both hands...
...the game that is. - tekmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4That's hard, I can't even get past the start button.
- gfindlay, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5Reversed mouse?!
Movie not loaded.
Wah, it sounded fun.

Seeing as how the game is down, I made my own game with Digg comments. How fast can you type backwards? It's tough!- Shade00a00, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Presumably the same game :
http://www.freeonlinegames.com/play/1092.html
- Shade00a00, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Presumably the same game :
- BasouKazuma, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2You can right-click teleport also.
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Aw, it's down, and duggmirror doesn't have the SWF.
- EXJustin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow that was tough. On the last level, It was comical how many times I tried to reposition my mouse and take a break only to be ***** by a nervous twitch. Finally beat it though.
- jackminardi, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2I am at a loss to why you people digg down some comments and digg up others. It seems totally random to me. Could someone enlighten me?
- LordofChaosIori, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6New here? Ok we digg down people when they... say something we don't agree with, is not-understandable, or we're in a bad mood. I'm in an ok mood, so i'll let you slide... THIS time.... lol.
- jackminardi, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Im not new here. I have seen it happen way to many times and i cant help but think that is not the way the comment rating system was meant for.
digg up if you agree, or if its relevant
digg down if its irrelevant or out of line. - Ben174, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Um, if you someone said that to you in person, and you would give them a thumbs up, then push the little green 'thumbs up' button. If you would instead give them a thumbs down (or punch in the face, etc.) then push the little red 'thumbs down' button.
- 5555, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1But don't dismiss the element of randomness, personal preference, insanity, etc. In a bad mood, I've on occasion dugg someone down because I don't like what their username or display pic is or implies. How's that for rocking the vote!
- woody56292, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0man I gave up on level 10.
- zdre, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That was too easy... 20 levels took me 10 min without cheating
- Ben174, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It's kinda annoying that the start button only works if you click on the letters themselves, not the bounding box.
- shootthemonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Right click > Play (says you lose), then right click > Play again (says you win). Next challenge, please.
- juanotejano, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1This is the dumbest game I have ever heard of. Why oh why don't we have more ways to bury ***** on here. It seems like any story submitted in semi coherent English will get to the homepage eventually no matter what.
- Kasmer, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I kept waiting for the scary picture and loud screaming to start when I got near the GOAL buttons...
- aton30, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Level 5 (first time) !!!
I also just wrote my own version. - Justin6512, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1it's easy if you just turn your mouse back words.
- brusty, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Beat it in 10 minutes. 18 was the toughest level. I'm surprised I finished the game without cheating. Good luck.
- tw0bit, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1just flip your mouse upside down LOL
- Hubris, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Not so hard with a trackball, thumb control is always more precise than sloppy wrist movements...
- heysuburbia, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1So easy. It's like playing RC Pro-Am
- Nikole, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0IMPOSSIBLE
- GliTCH82, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Maybe it's just me, but I've played enough inverted control games (such as flight sims) to where this really isn't teasing my brain any.
- k3ymaster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That was easy, it got harder at level 6 or 7 I think, but then it got easy again, last level was a piece of cake.
- wolfer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I beat it in about 10 minutes.
I did turn the mouse speed down on my Logitech G5 though, So I guess I cheated a little bit. :P
