- holycrapitsed, on 11/04/2007, -2/+70I feel like I'm being blasphemous by saying this, but seriously: I hated Etch-a-Sketch, it was so damn frustrating, and never allowed for mistakes. I hated it as a child, and I hate it on the internet now. There. I said it.
- Nivekmi, on 11/04/2007, -0/+49I was disappointed to find you clear the screen by clicking a button. I was hoping to click and drag to shake it clean.
- MasterThief117, on 11/04/2007, -0/+37"I'm going to go draw boobs on the Etch-a-Sketch"
"Go ahead, they always come out as squares." - dgrant, on 11/04/2007, -4/+29The only thing dumber than etch-is-sketch is online etch-a-sketch.
- masterskill, on 10/10/2007, -0/+25diagonal lines have never been so straight!
- Me1000, on 10/10/2007, -0/+21God Damn, Now I have hard drive damage from shaking my laptop!
- mynameisdave02, on 10/10/2007, -2/+23"Title says it all." Knock. It. Off.
- leereeves, on 10/10/2007, -5/+22Not surprisingly, etchy.org is gathering a large collection of penis sketches.
- mortigon, on 10/10/2007, -2/+14are you trying to be funny? i don't get it.

- KingBabi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11No, I posted the comment without reading it first, and I then after posting, I saw my mistake and edited it.
(I'm on a different computer now.) - yourmightyruler, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10Yeah, I never had the patience to complete anything on etch-a-sketch. Same with Rubik's cubes. Just picture an angry asian kid throwing plastic toys down cause he's too impatient to sit down and meticulously figure things out. Legos on the other hand, were, no are still tight.
- doktorrocket, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10It'd be a large collection of boobies, but lines are easier to draw than circles.
- agentVivid, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10i remember when mine broke... now i remember why i never bought another one
- Rob223, on 11/04/2007, -2/+12An online etch a sketch! I can see the advert now.
Hey, kids! Tired of having a physical etch a sketch you could hold in your hands?
Bored with shaking it to clear it?
Bored with the novelty?
Introducting... the ONLINE etch a sketch! It's simple! You use the arrow keys on your computer!
All of the features of the origonal etch-a-sketch are here, including :
* A frustrating interface
* Inability to stop drawing lines
But now, there's some new ones, like
* Being able to save your crappy drawings with no way to keep track of them!
* Being able to see other people's crappy drawings! (warning, 97% penises)
* Clicking the etch-a-sketch rather than shaking it!
IT'S EVEN WORSE! - spindrift, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Unusable. Remember on the REAL Etch-a-Sketches you could see the little bead knocking off the metallic dust, and this allowed you to bring lines back to where they started and branch off again. On the virtual version you kinda have to guess when you retrace your line, and you usually miscalculate. Sad.
- Me1000, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Guess who wasnt here a year ago!
- Jeffler, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9http://www.etchy.org/postcard.php?id=18378
- smurf22, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8Its like tron... without the fun
- ryancxx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Uh...why don't you just use mspaint then?
- jlmillstein, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Hey, who can resist?
- TechyLah, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5All the minuses without the pluses.
What's next? An online crystal radio? - insanebrain, on 11/04/2007, -0/+5w h o w .. . . . :/
- Volred, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I always used to try and blacken out the screen on my etch-a-sketch.
But there was always something that stuck to the screen, and I could never completely make it black. - RobynG7, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6What part of "online Etch-a-Sketch" is difficult for you to understand?
- TopSlacker, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I clicked 'random' 3 times and got 2 penises... nice to know the internet is a mature place.
- tradwolley, on 10/10/2007, -4/+8The end boss is HARD.
- WaterDragon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I was really hoping I could clear it by shaking the monitor.
- leereeves, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I wouldn't complain about a large collection of boobies.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3This was almost close to being nearly somewhat mildly amusing....
- Oomsoup, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Are there any drawings on that site besides penises and feces?
Buried as lame. - madhaha, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3http://www.etchy.org/postcard.php?id=18932
- stronglikedan, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3So? Not all current Digg users were here a year ago.
You have now wasted your time and mine. Thanks. - blaaguuu, on 11/14/2007, -2/+4I can only picture an asian kid destroying plastic toys with a karate chop...
- mortigon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Oh
- merripen, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2This is absolutely blasphemous. Part of the beauty of Etch-A-Sketch is that diagonals require the utmost skill and dexterity. And even then, they still look like stairs.
Come back when you can only input one keystroke at a time. - billbacon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I just played blackout for an hour.... time for lunch!
- TwistableLime, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Hey, there's no "undo" on my real Etch-a-Sketch.
Buried for inaccuracy. - pivovy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etch_A_Sketch
- jimmiss, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2http://bayimg.com/BafMKaAbj

GODDAMN. .. I want to use my mouse. . - iStunT, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Dugg for the penis and boobs in the gallery.
- marko028, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1http://www.etchy.org/submit.php
- jimmiss, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Yeah, no kidding.
- DaleoftheUK, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1The original paint.
Hmm Hate having to got back over lines I've already drawn. - techlinks, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Title says your a lazy hooker who can't type a proper description.
Why not describe some of the controls? Honestly? - badnewsblair, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I was going to say the exact same sentiment! Stop it with the "Title says it all." If you can't come up with something witty or at least informative for a story description, then you shouldn't be submitting. Mark everything with "Title says it all." with "Okay, this is lame." from here on out.
- pkfx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I made a better Flash Etch-a-Sketch when I was 15 years old.
- Jerky1312, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Enjoy some real drawing sites...
