- deusx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Here's another recommendation for Subspace / Continuum. Been playing it for almost 10 years now, off and on, and it's still going strong. It's relatively cheat free, and the multiplayer networking code worked decently well over 56K dialup back in '97 - and it's only gotten better with broadband now. Just about the only game where you can get hundreds of people fragging in the same arena

Hopefully it will be back up soon as there is an army of bored people just waiting to play.

If you ever see the guy "Rusty" tell him I won! (He had over 100 when I had 0, then I came back at 131 and he quite with 133, saying that there wasn't any compettition left...)

In all seriousness though, I think the game would be vastly improved by the addition of asteroids and a limited max # of on screen bullets.
