1. Begin at http://n.nfshost.com/1.html
2. The number 1 is displayed on the screen; this is your clue to get to level 2
3. Hint: the answer will be similar in format to the clue
4. To get to level 2, replace the "1" in http://n.nfshost.com/1.html with the "answer"
5. If you are stuck, click on the number 1 displayed on your screen and it will give you level 2
6. Look at the new url.

The thing is, you have to have knowledge of foreign languages (e.g. French for the number 8) and real logic puzzles wouldn't require knowledge of anything other than logic

So I thought that the answer for 18 would be the 18th prime number (61), surrounded by the number 18, giving 1618, but alas, that's not it. But I think that should count, dammit!
