      But once you have read the answer, it is too late to know weather to bury it or digg it.
      Guess you can do it if you are past that point, but for those of us who are stuck on "sept" that doesn't help much.

      So confused...

    The best example of a logic puzzle would be Su Doku

      Sudoku really has nothing to do with numbers, so it is really still a good example of a universal logic puzzle. The puzzle would still be the same if the arabic numberals were any other combination of nine different symbols, colors, letters, etc..

    3. Hint: the answer will be similar in format to the clue
    4. To get to level 2, replace the "1" in http://n.nfshost.com/1.html with the "answer"
    5. If you are stuck, click on the number 1 displayed on your screen and it will give you level 2
    6. Look at the new url.

    8. What would you put in the blank to get to level 3?

      I was messed up because the conversion tool I googled uses a slightly different syntax.

      The _ are just seperators while the . and - are part of the actual code.

      You'll need to ignore the _ when converting.

    Ok, so this is a spoiler :

    1 : Click => will give you 2
    2 : type 3 in the url (instead of the 2) => will give you III
    3 : it's IV ( not iv, stupid case sensitivity :( arrr ) => four
    4 : type five => ooooo not 00000
    5 : type oooooo => 110 ( binary )
    6 : type 111 => sept (is french for seven - use translatinf program and get the french version of eight )
    7 : huit => thingie ( read like an arab, or from right to left :) )
    8 : enin => gives you NINE in black on a black bacground, so u'll have to use caps here
    9 : in the page source => i think you figured out a pattern by now.
    10: eeleeveen => this is too obvious to miss, tweelvee
    11: a_dozen => this was debated here and the answer is burried it's a_bakers_dozen
    12 : 13, unluky ... => i dont know what this is
