- Ubergoober3, on 10/12/2007, -4/+55those are some retarded robots.
- 9teen7ty9, on 10/12/2007, -0/+29Just watching them try to stand up and not fall was one of the funniest things I've seen in while
- saikhan, on 10/12/2007, -1/+29This would be awesome in multiplayer, especially LAN.
- heatforlife, on 10/12/2007, -2/+24Its funny how a 96kb game can have people thinking about getting a new video card...
- KJSatz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18That's YOU who crumbles...isn't it?
- nbcivic, on 10/12/2007, -2/+16you've also got a reply button
- Paperthin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Anybody else get their robot to fall off the ledge?
- kefler, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Dynamic lights are hard on most systems, try doing no shadows..
- lowerlogic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I am no longer afraid that robots will take over the world.
PS - I would love to see it ported to linux or made open source. - irsmert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Nice menu system
- Jyaif, on 10/12/2007, -9/+16let me guess, it's a 96kb game... but uses 20Mo of libraries ?
.exe size means nothing. - Disease, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Cry more
- evilpig, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Ahahaa. This is one of the funniest things I've seen in a while. I downloaded it and just laughed my ass off watching them trying to stand up. Haha
- Br0wn, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Nice physics and hilarious watching them try to get up and balance only to fall right over through the wall breaking it. Reminds me of a Matt Foley sketch.
- Hatchetdawg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5The hidden part is almost more fun than the standard game.
- jmp478, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Turn off shadows. I think it lags for everyone
- XPrivateXRyanX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4The hidden part is even better! Very funny.
- nbcivic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4do you not know the controls or something?
- Gunrun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I played this a little while back. It is made in a really clever way. The program is procedurally genarated, and the code only contains instructions on how to make the assets, not the assets themselves. SPORE will use a similar technology, as does .kkreiger, a fully functional shootemup that fits in 96k :

Yes, it does use Windows libraries. Practically any 3D game that runs on Windows does. The point of this is not to build a completely standalone program, it's to make the most out of what you have - 96kB of a program, and standard libraries.
I found this game last night, actually, before even seeing it here, and spent about an hour laughing and watching the robots instead of doing my English paper. :( - MrZop, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3http://web.t-online.hu/archee83/sumotori/
Direct Download Site - Lane5slacker, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5The menu is cool.... that's all I can see
Crashed when I click on something
Anyone else got that problem? - timmage89, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5I double click sumotori.exe and nothing happens. Anybody else have this problem?
- rustyspoon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3did anyone find the hidden part? throw the blocks thru the bars under documentation in the main menu
- GeneralKickass, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Digg made crap of my ASCII art. To get the hidden mode hit the second brick on the right in the row going into the screen.
- rjam710, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2If you press DOWN when they first stand up, they'll crouch and then jump haha. You lose instantly, but it's still funny.
- jmp478, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2There is no downloadable games topic, jack ass.
- idevlabsdotcom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I kept getting headshots in the hidden part until he walked off the end and fell into infinity. Pretty funny game.
- jmp478, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Could you guys be more nerdy?
- Slacker101, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2NE! find the hiden part of it?
- neuropsychguy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Lol, I made my robot guy fall off the edge in the hidden part.
- Daniel591992, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It takes about 30 secs for me
- acetv, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2@ jyaif
That's kind of the whole point of this specific corner of the demoscene - making stupidly small executables. Besides, this thing has some damn impressive scripting for the rigs to self-right. The breaking of the wood is nothing to sneeze at, either. So what if it uses a few graphic libraries? Check out the Amiga demos if you want some hardware-only graphics coding. - evilpig, on 10/12/2007, -3/+586!
- Lane5slacker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Turning the sound off worked for me
- kelpdip, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2You can also jump if you press down momentarily and then let go.
Don't expect anything good to come of jumping though. - FuzzyHacker, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I found out how to throw cubes at a robot!!
http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/1579/hiddenyn7.png - Rikushix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That was so amusing.
- Scair, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4This game did wonders for me! Years of repressed dodge ball memories worked out by 5 minutes in the hidden mode.
WHO'S LAUGHING NOW YOU STUPID JOCKS?! *wack* Yeah, take that in the FACE! - chibigoku, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1after realizing there was no invisible wall by seeing my blocks fall off the edge, that was the first thing I did lol
- slickhare, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Does it close after you hit "play game" from that little red menu when you first click on the exe? I've tried turning off sound and shadows and all the screen sizes, but still nothing happens. Was anyone with this problem able to fix it?
- gamerjon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2no see this: http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/6781/hiddendreamsio4.jpg
- DarkHorizon5, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Seems to be near the bottom right, under documentation.
- shank2001, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I have the same problem
- zivpeleg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1first lagged really badly... even without shadows and in 320X200 (the text becomes blurred at such a low res) then I turned off the sounds. pretty strangely it made the game run a little faster
- dezmo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1lol, see above
- MyNameIsJoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I figured that was the goal of the hidden mode. I kept pelting the robot till he fell off the screen.
- Lezlee798, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1try switching from 4 light to 2 light
- MrTonic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1They have animated my moves from the Friday night ;)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Runs slow as sin for me, and turning the sound off didn't help at all.
