I've been popped by a variety of snakes, from little garter snakes to a 12-ft burmese python. Generally, constrictors have a lot of small teeth - but there are exceptions. Cook's tree boas, for example are arboreal, which produces two results. First, since their prey is avian, they are freakin' hardwired to pop anything that moves. Second, they've got extra-long teeth to get through the feathers. Little bastards nailed me every time. No experience with the python in the picks, but it does look extra toothy for a constrictor.

      I get some weird s--- on my electric fence. One day it was shorted and out back I found a tangled section covered in coyote fur and blood. He tried to slip through the top two barbed wires and made it just far enough to leave a lot of hide behind when he hit the hot wires connected to large animal fence charger. Score one for the dominant species. Highly developed cerebral cortex, simple tools, and 18,500 volt charger. Yee-ha.
