    okay now that i think about it, to be technical, the spray distance probably depends more on pressure than anything else, so size doesn't really matter (that's what she said)

Lance Armstrong has a resting heart rate of 32-34 bpm but his resting cardiac output is about the same as an untrained person who has a resting heart rate of 70 bpm?
