It is a funny thing when you get older that you get more conservative. I used to go to raves (all night drug parties with loud dance music and young girls in skimpy clothes, for those of you who've been living under a rock for the last 10 years) and I thought it was the height of stupidity and ill intentions that cops would break them up.
These guys who put their life on the line for the rest of us are some of the best. The guys who break up choose to break up basically safe parties are probably neutral, and the cops who beat up black people and enrich themselves through their underworld connections are the worst. - lcohiomatty86, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12either pick it up and toss it and potentially save the lives of you and everyone around you... or leave it there and most likely die.

I was in the Marines, and the first time I heard a grenade in arms practice I was stunned. It sounded like thunder exploding next to me, and the ground was shaking. Ya, I was a little scare.

If you go upstare, other people will also go upstare, and all the crowdedness, you are again p0wned.
If you jump off the stair, the mr brave cop will throw the damn thing onto you.
Now if you in that situation thought carefully the above three possibilities and decide to throw away the grenade, well then sorry! too late!
