- dupeduperson, on 05/29/2008, -3/+63I totally agree that it looks fake. BUT I measured the vertical and horizontal accelerations, and they are ok (-9.8m/s^2 in the vertical and 0 m/s^2 in the horizontal). Usually, when someone is fake jumping, the vertical acceleration is something stupid.

- LegoLooney27, on 05/29/2008, -3/+7There is no such thing as a poisonous snake!!! Geeze, it's called VENOM! Some snakes are VENOMOUS, but not these. As an avid herper, I was able to recognize most of the snakes as garter snakes, brown water snakes, and boas.

- gvetterick, on 05/29/2008, -0/+2actually it's 9.81 m/s^2 if you are NOT in air. Air resistance knocks it down the faster you go (ergo terminal velocity). acceleration isn't ALWAYS 9.81 m/s^2 when you are are earth, it varies slightly depending on your location

The moment you jump off the trampoline you're subject to the same sort of gravity as any other jump/free-fall. Just means there probably weren't any wires used.
